Can anyone guess I spent 23 years in the Australian Bureau of Statistics?

Not having a GPS speedo or riding my bike as I type could somebody confirm what the actual RPM per Kmh is in top gear? This is also affected by the angle of observation of the analog RPM and speed gauges
Only theoretically...atmospheric pressure, air temp, wind speed/direction blah blah blah...also the non-linear, variable-according -to -rpm- and- throttle -position, upto 6ish% reduction in overall mass proportional to diminishing fuel load all coupled with the philosophically sound universal syllogism positing the major premise that Red is the fastest colour preceding the minor premise that my bike is red leading to the logical conclusion that my red bike is faster than your whatever colour bike at any given rpm.
To reinforce the veracity of the above I also contend; baleese no returns
