Then a guy at work let me ride his 2011 Electra Glide Ultra Classic and it was nothing like I expected; it blew me away. It was much smoother than my Low Rider, was a little bit quicker than mine and I really liked the fairing. It was a chilly morning, around 62° and I had a short sleeve work shirt on. The difference that fairing made really surprised me. Add the creature comforts (radio, cruise control) and it really got me thinking. We really hope to do more touring next year, and I think the HD might be the better option.

I wish Triumph would make a bike like that on the rocket platform, then my decision would be obvious.....
