Well, that went well.

Not road tested yet - it's just too flamin'ot out. But the workshop/garage "brake bounce" method resulted in less dive.
 
Road tested. Threw it at the speed bumps - far from bottoming. DMX fit an o-ring to the forks when they rebuild. Makes it easy to know how far you dive.



Before it was all the way down. Still about 30mm to play with - which I am sure I will to some extent now I know it wont bottom out.
