Picked up a 2011 r3 roadster december 10, 2010. Gotta a serious case of perma grin ever since. Ridden about 4500 miles to date and it never fails to turn heads. Saving for a fleetliner fairing and beetle bags (ouch) to make her a bagger.Would like to make it a little louder if anyone has any solutions outside of buying a new exhaust.

Hey Andy, just noticed your post tucked in here. Why don't you start your own thread - lots of people would want to welcome you and be happy to offer advice. I've heard that some people have drilled holes in the back plates of their mufflers but I doubt it does much and I wouldn't do it. There are a few slip-on muffler options (1, 2 or 3 pipes) which, if you shop around, shouldn't cost too much second hand.

Welcome from Australia, by the way!

New to R3 owners.net

Hi Everyone. I am new to R3owners.net and I live in Hawaii. I'd like to find who else owns an R3 in Hawaii so we could hook up and ride around. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and I ride with a club called the Templars. Please look me up.
