It's hard for me to tell from the video. If not heat shields possibly valve chatter. @Nashvegas asked if you revved it does the sound change-I'd be curious about that. You're getting close to needing that valve check and adjustment, but it could very well be a rattle of something like a heat shield or other part. Wish I could tell you for sure.

no its definitely not heat shield, its something coming from top of engine near head or something,
I dont rev hard, i ride mid range 4K RPM and once its get hot then I start hearing it,
it was not happening when bike was new like 6K miles or 10K miles, it developed gradually over time for sure.
How about that exhaust gasket on the exhaust change? Did you put one there? Sounds like either an exhaust leak or valvetrain rattle. Try a heavier oil next time and see if it helps. That's how we fixed the harleys. lol.
VERY hard to tell if thats a "ticking" that is typical of a internal moving part like a lifter or valve, it sounds MUCH more like a exhaust leak. I had the same sound from my cb650sc (as seen in my profile picture) when i had a head stud failure that caused the head gasket to leak. Not that your head gasket is... its not... but that's the sound, almost like a metal flapping in the wind from the exhaust like a reed. Here is how you can find that. Ducktape a leaf blower to the end of the exhaust once the bike is hot and is doing the "ticking" and put a smoke bomb at the air intake of said leaf blower and see where the smoke is coming out from. Soapy water will just fizzle away from the heat.
$20 bucks says its the after market exhaust! fix any leaks / gaskets (its an easy one and should be done anyways if leaking. BTW my 1st gen and my ninja BOTH kinda sound like that a little bit when hot too. but not as loud.
You can also pick up a mechanics stethoscope from harbor fright and put it to various parts to see if you can find the "ticking"

Just passed 14k I purchased the bike with 11k and I started hearing it around 13k. Also side note the front fender rattles sometimes too lol
Also is anyone’s turn signal button paint rubbed off/start switch bubbling up? Surprised with the build quality from triumph here
