Weird clicking sound once the engine gets hot - VIDEO uploaded

Did anybody ever figure out what the clicking rattling sound was? It’s driving me crazy I can’t seem to find it. It is for sure linked to the engine vibrations buts it’s random. Sometimes on start up you’ll hear the rattle other times you’ll hear it accelerating. At stop lights too. I bought the bike used with a werkes exhaust before and probably couldn’t hear it if it was always there. Now I have the stock back on and it’s driving me crazy lol
