Unless you are racing at max speeds, you should not have cooling issues. I doubt people do track days on a Rocket. You'd get so many comments.

I did a track day back in 2014 with my full dress 2006 Rocket. What fun. We did 8 20 minute heats that very hot day. No brake over heating problems.
