(Urgent) Bevel box/diff cap weeping - please help

when it gets hot u have hot air coming out when it gets cold u have air going back in. (venting)
when the air is going out u might have a little mist mixed in. it does not look that bad to me.
if it was cold when u filled and then the lube expands it will kick it out
for example putting a much deeper trans pan on will add a couple of quarts and when they start up a grade it will dump a quart out of the vent. i have also seen when people put large tires on their 4x4 and run the freeway it will kick atf out the overflow because it creates more heat. on those i recommend just filling to the add mark.
i suppose that the type of lube might have a bearing on the situation. i use 75-90w valvoline full synthetic.
i would not tear it apart for that small amount of vapor . u might get u a heat gun and check temps on that diff and rear wheel so as to make sure u do not have a problem diff, bearings, and brake.
my point is ,,, i forgot

I'm fixin to go to the dark side and will change lube and greese my shaft splines at the same time. You Know What I Mean!

I've drained and refilled it a few times now and it weeps out just a small amount every ride :/

I just have a feeling that it's a little more sinister than a bit of overflow :/

i would try a different gear oil.
i would use a heat gun to see what temps u have.
r u talking about a real fast run?
u might get it off the ground and run it to see if u have gear noise or dragging the wheel speed down.
there might be a type of baffle by the vent that has a problem.
there may be a thread showing the inside but i do not think that i could find it.
use your judgement but if it were mine i would put the fill level while it is on the stand. for a trial purpose.

Ok so pull it there is only four ways it can make oil.
#1 over fill
#2 oil seal in the bevel box is gone allowing oil to migrate up into the axle tube
#3 oil seal is wasted on the torsional damper bearing.
#4 Little gremlin is sneaking i at night and adding something to you bevel box
I suppose there is a way it is burping but in order to take on extra air to belch one of the other statements must be true. Thats it I am thinking to hard its time for beer and viddles
