Upset with Corbin, paid, yet received nothing in 12 weeks

When I bought my bike new, I knew I had to have the fairing. I read a number of reviews from the all available windshields, mostly people complained that they were not high enough. The Corbin fairing has old style Harley windshield that can be cheaply extended by mounting a different sized windshield onto the fairing. Seems like Corbin is very $$$ but very flexible how tall you want it to be. They advertised 8-10 weeks of production. It is now 12 weeks.

The person who was my "case manager" stopped replying to me in March. Now I seems to have gotten a hold of his manager, guess what, they are sending me paint samples to see what matches better to my bike. This is week 12. The bike details were outlined during the order, not sure why they can't get the true gray paint for '25 model from a dealer. So, actively sitting here, waiting for the samples to come, so they could paint the fairing, so I could get it ... later.

$2000+. This.

PS: Actually it is more than 12 weeks, I paid like 2 weeks earlier but they had some internal financial system change. Something didn't connect, the charge didn't stick. I had to wait but no one contacted me to re-order, I had to contact them past New Years, like, where are you, please take my thousands of dollars. Seemed like they didn't really care to make the sale, seriously. With MY pressure of phoning and demanding a sale, it finally went through, new system, new charge, surprisingly was more money than 2 weeks ago. And I still have nothing to show now. Not sure if I want to order from Corbin again, bags or seats. One thinks that if you buy something expensive, well, more expensive than the average item, you'd get some super service. Not in my case. I am saddened how things turned out to be. I mean, I paid less for my scooter than for Corbin fairing and got way less of customer service with Corbin. 4th month of a year, still, no fairing.

That's really piss poor service on their part & I know I couldn't be a patient as you've been, I'd be asking for a refund way before 3 - 4 months!
