Got my new GT on the 1st march and I've only done 900 miles,i thought I'd just check the rear for wear and was more than a bit surprised to see there was only 1.5mm left before it hits the wear bar, How many miles do you reckon before it gets down to the wear bar? i was hoping i would get at least 4000 miles out of the rear but that is looking very unlikely. looking at what you guys are getting out of the rear I'm thinking my tyre must have been replaced with a part worn tyre when i bought it! i didn't pay much attention to it when i collected it as it was a brand new bike.
