Unbelievable - shoddy dealer work

I dont trust dealers to do anything right. Took my bike in when it was making noises and a month later they tell me they dont hear it. I pick it up and the tires are 8psi low. No ****s given.

I think their only job is prepping new bikes for sale

Do not know what type of equipment these guys are using the local repair shop where I take my bike for tyre changes has no problem at all in fact the young guy who usually does the tyres is whistling as he changes them.

They have one of the newer Machines and a state of the art balance machine. Had tires replaced four times there with no issues. New service manger and shop help. It don't matter how nice your equipment is if you have under qualified operators.

Glad to know that Honda of Tulsa don't care before i do any busines with them, that is where i was going to buy the Ryker and take the Spyder for a valve check, not anymore, i think Action toys is a Can Am dealer as well so i will try them

If they can not change out a tire correctly and would not trust them with something like a valve check. The sales manager has been "investigating" Don't expect results. You need to post some pics of your Rocket X.

It is a very poor design by Triumph. I have a friend that owns a tire store. I get him to change mine, with the understanding that I won't complain if they scratch or even break the wheel. He and a helper get it done, and even though he doesn't want anything for doing it, I stuff a $20 in his pocket. It usually takes 2 people, some cursing and lot's of tire soap. For the young guy that does it while whistling, I'd like to know what make model tire machine he uses.

Wow. I am taking the day off and balancing tires and installing. Bright side is beer will stay cold. Those New Avon chromes look sharp.

Took mine to many just wheel and tyre even took off brake disc still no joy looking into own equipment do me self with three bikes might be worth it
