If I worked on someones bike - i would treat it as i would my own. This generates return and happy customers. Cant speak for some knuckle dragging neanderthal.

My dealer sent a tire back to the supplier because it was requiring to my weight to balance properly. The second mounted just fine. I like my dealer and their service department. Yours is awful, I’m sorry to say.

Know the feeling @sonny had loads of problems getting my rear tyre fitted no one even wanted to take the job on.Mate at work done it in the end under protest he does commercial truck tyres,said it was the worst he's ever had to do and not to ask him again.Touch up brush needed what can u say though when i begged him and he didn't charge me

Do not know what type of equipment these guys are using the local repair shop where I take my bike for tyre changes has no problem at all in fact the young guy who usually does the tyres is whistling as he changes them.
