you need to bump the front on the bike up to 40 - 42 psi it will steer better and less cupping not mention wear better, even The Triumph dealer's at Nowra (Leah the mechanic) agreed with me that the Owners Manual is wrong

Not meant to be contrary, but I would be careful with high front tire pressures.
As pressure increases, traction and tire patch decreases.
I do NOT want my front tire to slide out in a twistie - EVER!
Experiment as there is a happy medium. For me, tis 36 lbs + or - 2.
