Both work well although I think the second one is a little bit better, seems slightly better quality. Both ship from China and take a few days to arrive (I'm in NY, took over a week). Don't ask how I wound up with two and the spare is no longer for sale.

what is difference between this cable and the tune boy cable, can the tuneECU cable work with the tune boy software

Finally, Joy in Tune ECU land!

I made the mistake of loading the drivers that came with the cable. My PC with XP couldn't "see" the cable connection. After I deleted those drivers and installed the correct ones everything worked!
Things Tune ECU has done for me:
I did not know what Triumph tune was loaded in my bike. I had the 20228 tune, for the TOR pipes. This explained why I didn't get the extra power  from the Gi-Pro or why the bike ran way rich with the Power Commander M510-003 TOR tune I had loaded. Followed instructions, and loaded the 20222 Triumph base tune, and bike runs so much better. Secondaries feel to be open in all 5 gears, and I guess the PC3 is working as advertised.
Since I don't have a dealer nearby, it's going to be great to have the capability to read any error codes, run tests, and make adjustments myself. Tune ECU has already saved me the $75 a dealer wanted just to plug into my bike and tell me what tune I had loaded. Where can I make a donation? :)

What drivers did you end up with, the ones from the freeware ECU tuner?

The ones linked on post #13 by Pig9r. Version 2.06.02
cool, thanks .... I'm going to start playing with it this week just to see whats up. Got some time on my hands (RR engineer extra list- never mind) and the A/C is broken till Thursday. Might as well sweat in the garage rather than the couch. lol :(
