Triumph GT windscreen on the R, worth it or buffeting?

No... these are not from lamontser, they are custom made for my Jessica Rocket (hence the picture of Jessica Rabbit on them) I had them made in the UK. I doubt he has the same ones, he may have ones depicting the Union Jack, but these are not those.

edit: Being picky - just looked at the other ones and they are VERY different in size, colour and shape. Mine have the union jack the right way around on both sides, not just a mirror image too... just saying.

The post was about the screens, I tried the GT screen and found it next to useless compared to this one.

I do agree about the looks with 3rd party screens, I did have the same outlook to begin with, but they have grown on me for the practicality some what and don't look terrible from most angles

also provide protection for my phone mounted above the clock.

The windscreen is from a UK company called Powerbronze and is the mid size of the 3 available in light tint. The rear fender is bespoke (around 10 were made and already sold) also made in UK, but may be available for purchase next year (not guaranteed) from the same store as I got my Sat Nav mount from: Trikstore.uk, upon which I mounted a Quadlock: knuckle, antivibration mount and wireless charging head to for my iPhone 10.

Here's a pic of my GT windscreen after a rattle can paint job, yes it's permanent and that is just how I want it.
Easy to do, a fine scotchbrite scuffing on the back side prior to masking with painters tape and just take your time don't get in a rush!

This is a nice touch brother - looks really good, IMO!

I have the GT OEM screen and the one piece PowerBronze screen. Despite being way bigger than the OEM, the PowerBronze single screen barely blocks more air and has a buffeting problem at 70+ MPH. I swapped back to the OEM screen, no more buffeting and I don't really notice more wind. OEM screen, for it's size, is pretty ****ed solid. And it's the perfect height to protect my phone/mount that is center mounted via Lamonster Garage RAM mount that bolts in behind the TFT.
