Touring hard cases on roadster via easy brackets

Which model viking bags are you running? I was thinking about doing the same thing since my hardstreet bags don't work well with the easy brackets.

I suggest fabricating a couple thin aluminum plates to cover the inside of each bag and mounting the Easy Brackets through them.
Shall give extra strength and support to the bags and keep them aligned perpendicular to the road.
 
Never had any trouble with bag sag...on the bike anyway. Steel is running a similar setup with no issues either. Pretty sure Nolton is running the same thing

Nor I, no bag sag whatsoever with the River Road.
The plates I fabbed keep them perpendicular and add strength when they are stuffed to the max with my $hit!
