Yea, they don't do a good job updating their calender. just call them. There is a small wedding party there that same weekend but she said it was really small & there are plenty of cabins left. the River house that R3Tex has rented is 1/2 mile down the road.
2 bedroom cabins at the location so far have @mexican (+his gals & skydog)in #17, me & my wife/freinds in #16, and I think @1K9 in 1, @WyldCFH is going to reserve 1, & maybe some others that have not said yet.
since there are no single room cabins it would make sense that some would share cabin/cost. Also you may want to PM R3Tex to see if he has any more beds in his house available. I think it is a 3 bedrom house & has a "bunkhouse" with 6 sets of bunk beds (but only 1 bathroom)
Anyway.... There are plenty of cabins (as of now).
The best thing to do is call them 830-232-5294
They don't always answer so leave a message or just keep calling back
