I don't have too many miles on it yet, but i just picked up my bike (2011 R3T) Thursday from the shop.
I went with the Yokohama Avid Envigor 205/60r16. The shop set it up with 50psi, cause it was their first C/T install. But after i lowered it to 34psi, i love it!
With everything i had read, i expected the change to be huge, m/c to c/t. In fact, i notice that it is different, but not really a whole lot. It seems more stable, and their is a touch more counter-steer involved but not much. Gravel roads are fine (seems better), you feel crappy roads a touch more, but its not bothersome. You can definitely feel it on the tight turns, but it doesn't feel like its going to slip out (it did feel like it was going to at 50psi). I probably only have 100 miles on it so far, and i will report back when i have more. So far my riding has been some city, gravel roads, and the crappy highways in eastern new mexico.
