For the past week or so I've been having problems with the high beam indicator light. Whenever I would switch from low beam to high beam everything seemed normal but switching back to low beams was when the high beam indicator light would remain on even though I could see the headlamps did go to low beams. It would remain on no matter how many times I flip-flopped the beams. It would finally go out whenever I turned the ignition off and it reset the next time it was turned on. But with the same result the first time I tried the high beams, the indicator light would stay on. I finally got off the bike at a gas station and looked at the headlamps and noticed that one of the headlamps was a lot dimmer than the other one. Next day I replaced the lamp and the problem with the high beam indicator miraculously cured itself!
So if you find a problem with the beam indicator one day, check your lamps.

Exactly that has been happening to me,, checked lamps right beam off altogether,, for some time seemed to be intermittent!! So high beam indicator wont go off equals one light out!!!!
