@Rolls-Hog - keep the bolt, ditch the frame connection

Just stack your grounds on a bolt and nut and one short ground wire between the ground stud and the battery.

Having this problem now. Tried to jump it off but no go. When i hit the start button and release the headlights stay off for a few seconds and the speed o needle makes a half sweep. Have the eastern beaver on mine.
So where do i start? Start relay, or clutch switch?

I have been fighting this issue since my bike was a year old! I have done all the upgrades and still it would happen once in a blue moon! Last year I replaced the starting relay (OEM ) and it hasn’t done it since! Luck? Problem fixed? I don’t know!
