the opposite of highway pegs on a Roadster...

Rivco does make a great mount for the Rocket peg rail. Priced very well. I used the Rivco Valkyrie mounts on my Dads old bike and that was nice too. But their pegs are mediocre at best. The Kuryakyn Ergo II or Ergo III mounts are similar in adjustability but expensive. Their Switch Blade peg is awesome. I have those pegs on my FLH and I love the flip out for my heals. If I ever buy a Rocket I will use the Rivco Gold Wing mounts and the Kuryakyn Switch Blade Pegs.

Those Kuryakyn Switch Blades are what my dealer installed on mine after the little old lady broke my right footpeg off at the gas pump that time. They work really well!

Good point - I've considered both and may well go in that direction. I don't like the look of a large windshield, but maybe one of those MRA Racing Screens might work. I've read good things on the forum about the risers, too. I've previously put risers on a Speed Triple and my Tiger 800 with good results.

I've had the MRA screen on mine for over three years now, and it does make for much more relaxed riding.

Thanks for the update - glad to hear it helps. I remember reading your first post about it when I did a search. Does it reduce the number of bugs on your visor, or is it mostly the wind against the chest that it helps with?

you might want to look at the SECDEM /BULLSTER fairing for roadster it wraps around both headlights extend a bit more on each side and also a bit more on the top I installed one using the flyscreen fork mounts tmy chest is totally in the still air.

Mine doesn't help with bugs. I'm 6'3" and the MRA puts airflow just over my shoulders so my head is in the wind. I wear a modular helmet so I wanted to make sure my choice of wind screen would allow the vents on my helmet to properly scoop air. I also live in Colorado where bugs aren't really a problem.
