I would love to go but it would mean about a weeks worth of vacation time counting traveling time. With a 2-year old and inlaws that live out of state, my time is already spent...

this why I said awhile back that there should be several rendezvous locations (East, Central, and Left), in a season. Those seeking promotion might be able to attend the several; and, go from Captain to Admiral. Flipper is **** near REAR admiral nowHe travels the furthest every year???

I just called A Holiday Motel and cancelled my room, so it is now available if someone is interested. It was a 2 bedroom suite so if someone was wanting to share a room, this would be a good room for that!

The job is just too iffy right now to be taking off. Maybe next year.

I too have cancled my reservation at A Holiday Motel. I regret I will not be able to make the Maggie Valley frolic. It was kind of a long shot in the first place. My room was a King nonsmoking I had only reserved it for the 8th and 9th leaving on the 10. I sure it would be available on either end of the weekend.
