RAA IV Update

Room Update

The Holiday Motel is sold out for the event. If anyone is still in need of a room and over flow motel has been designated and will match the rates.

Maggie Valley Weather Update (Subject to change)

• Friday May 8th -- Cloudy and warm High:77 Low:55
• Saturday May 9th -- Warm With Sunny Intervals High:78 Low:50
• Sunday May 10th -- Sunny and warm High:77 Low:55
• Monday May 11th -- Few Morning Showers High:78 Low:55

General Information
Arrangements have been made for marquee signs at both ride Lunch stops as well as the Holiday Motel.

Banquet Room booked at J. Arthurs for Saturday night seats 50 should be ample space for our group.

Our Host at the holiday advertises with Full throttle magazine and told them about our event they may show up Friday to take some pic's for there magazine.

Our host has also offered to make a supplies/beer run since many of us will be on 2 wheels. If any one is interested please send me a PM I will coordinate. I will also have a SUV and trailer available to make any runs needed.

Agenda and maps will be available upon arrival.

Don't forget a coat and raingear... 45 is going to be a little chilly if you're wet.
