The cats in the R3R are definitely in the stock silencers.
The TORS silencers do not have cats.
The box pictured is not a cat, but is VERY restrictive. It actually flows more exhaust out the left side than the right, even though the left side uses a 1.5 inch tube, and the right uses a 1 3/4 inch tube.
