well not sweating my ass off any more finished wraping the head pipe and all stock heat shields fit just fine pulled the cat off and put on the bypass pipe now there is very little heat had the dealer put a new down load in and she even runs stronger than before and my fuel milage went up around 35-37 on back roads havent had it on the hiway yet !!

Just thought I'd add an interesting tidbit. I got the TOR pipe and tune on my Tiger a couple of months ago. I swear the thing runs a tad cooler now. I have no idea how changing the pipe and tune would do that unless the new tune is a bit richer. It might be coincidence. Anyhow, I notice the bike maintains the same number of bars (digital) as before when running down the road, but it takes longer for the bars to creep up and for the fan to come on when sitting at LONG red lights now.

yes by putting more open pipes on and putting a new tune in it will need more fuel intern runs a little richer witch helps to run cooler !!
