My speedometer reads faster than I am really going on my 2023 Rocket 3 GT. Has anyone tried putting a slightly bigger diameter rear tire on their bike to see if this will correct the issue. I'm planning on putting a Brigestone 240/55 R16 V86 on my bike, its got a slightly larger diameter than the stock 240/50 R16.

On the older generation, the slightly larger Exedra Max 240/55 R16 corrects the speedo error almost perfectly. You can also correct the error with TuneECU.

On the newer model Rocket 3, a number of fellows have already installed the larger tire. I can't remember if they stated any speedo error was corrected but I don't see why it wouldn't. Some did say that a few spacers were needed to keep the tire from contacting that license plate holder...
