Error code Immobilization error.

I took my Rocket in for the first service and had the Bluetooth module installed. Went to pick it up and it has an error code that says ( immobilization error) Anyone know this?

I would guess that they accidentally enabled the security alarm in the ECU without it being installed. Did you not notice the error before you left or did you leave the bike with them and tell them to fix it.

They have it. Was just trying to help. They didn't seem to know what was causing it. But since has figured it out.

for the dealers it is a big jump from the early ecus to the 2020 up ecus so going to take them a while to learn.
a lot of them will have to go to main triumph for info.
they seem to b doing a good job.

Yes, they have always done a good job. Just new equipment. I experience that often in my line of work so can sympathize.
