That's the stepper motor that opens and closes the secondaries. The sensor looks just like the TPS but I believe it's internals rotate the opposite direction.
the big black sensor in the middle of the throttle body.. not stepper, mine looks odd because ofcourse its no longer on throttle body the entire secondary shaft runs through it, thats the one im refreshing too (shaft motor)
The secondary butterflies aren't involved in the idle system.

You can adjust them in Tuneecu, we used to always set them to 100% open in all gears. They will still close down at low speeds. I used to like to do wheelies so I took my plates out because it hit harder right off idle like that. You didn't have that delay where they opened back up.
