Broke gear! Pretty sure chunks shouldn’t be laying on case , not funny, i cant do the spirilocs to rebuild the shaft Fred look at that spiroloc buddy!

4th gear exploded under widowmakers tremendous torque, ( ok we know driver error)

spirolocs held everywhere Fred. So now i will install the billet 4th and fix chipped 4th on input, put a new clutch pack in and reassemble, tomorrow.

After seeing that I'm glad I put a billot 4th in mine when it was apart. Although I don't beat mine like a red headed stepchild

How do you "fix" the chipped teeth on the input 4th, replace the gear ?

i reuse them all the time
there easy to take off if you know how
i am not good at explaining but you get one end started out of the grove then you just keep unwraping it wont come off just trying to make it bigger
the rock crusher gears tend to do that so that is why they went with the helical cut gears in the new ones.

According to Herman they are removable and reusable.
