You should hold onto the pipe for a little whille. Bring the wifey to Maggie Valley next month and she can her my bike with the baffle I am running. They have quieter but mine might be something she would not mind which means the full baffle will be even quieter yet not as restrictive.


Since yours in a 06 what are you going to put on her?

If I were going back I would find a set of TORS and cat delete. They sound better and are a little free flowing compared to the stockers. Stay away from the Jardines your wife won't like the bark they have either.
I always loved the triple pipe look they just do not flow enough for my two engine builds I have. Maybe the stock 05 I am building but then I have pipes so no need to try to hunt for some TORS. I will just use the the baffle i have. I am fortunate as my wife is not into riding but every once and a while. I think last year. At the same time she doe snot stop me from enjoying it so I am blessed.
