It makes me wonder if the counter-balancer is mistimed. The frequency of the vibration is linked to engine rpm, road speed, and load? The dyno runs under load should help sort this out. Takes the front wheel out of the equation as a culprit so any buzz in the bars and butt have to come from the motor-trans or output shaft to rear wheel. Narrows the search a bit.
