Gee. I had to read the last part of that twice over TC. Didn't see the dots after crocodiles and read it as..... Well you get the gist I'm sure.
Getting to that age where I need specs you see.

And a similar dress style by the sound of it .. long walk socks and thongs , or the evening wear .. Hawaiian shirts and the white shoe brigade. The women are mainly ugly old buzzards with perms and skin like crocodiles .. shiithole of a place truth be known :D

skin like a crocodiles **** hole

See we have a thing called The Great Dividing Range that runs the length of the east coast from Cape York to Melbourne. It can be right on the coast in some places or up to 200 klm inland. Makes for good riding on the East Coast your never to far from a nice winding mountian road. The weather down the coast is usually different to the weather on top of the range. Then the western side is different again, gets very little rain and hotter in summer and colder in winter. Canberra is in about the worst spot in Australia for weather. Up near the high country where it gets cool and wet and on the western slopes where its hot and dry. A bit like Melbourne, hot, dry, windy, wet, cold and stifelingly still most days. Hope that helps, If you want good weather anywhere north off CoffsHarbour to about Gladstone and stay within 200 klm of the coast. The southerners will all come on here now saying I dont know what I'm talking about and that the weather is great down there but they have to say that. There the one's with heated seats and handlebars. Sorry boys but it had to be said.:D:D:D
Sorry Bruce but I have to disagree the heated grips and heated Seat are not because of the climate but because of my mate Arthur (arthritis) on my hands and his mate Ostio (osteoarthritis) in the hips and knee's in recent years I even use the heat functions in warm weather or if I head up your way, I wear very little under my protective layer ie a T-Shirt at best but quite often just a singlet unless I head up to Canberra in the winter months.
Eurobodalla Shire ( just north of Batemans Bay down to just south of Tilba Tilba) was some time ago found "To Be The Most Liveable Climatic Zone on the Eastern Seaboard" while it is not as warm as QLD or as cold as Canberra, Melbourne or Hobart (Tas) it can get down into the single digits Occasionally, the reason I say we live in Paradise here in Batemans Bay is Due to the close proximity of the Clyde Mtn and rest of the Ranges we are sheltered from the worst of the bad weather that cause hail damage and winds that rips roofs of houses in Ulladulla and all the up to Sydney. sometime it is as freaky as as a storm will hit Narooma 70km to the south of us cause some damage bounce of of the ranges give Moruya (30km south) a clip under the ear then head out to sea intensifie then come back on to land at Ulladulla (30km north) and rip into them then carry on up and give Wollongong and Sydney a hiding, also when don't have to worry about Crocs or box jelly fish if we go swimming and rarely get any flooding (and if we do it is some little back creek) and don't get the Cyclones they get up there is sunny Qld
Unfortunately we to have people who don't like the skin on there legs and ride in nothing more than shorts, thongs (footwear) and a T shirt, I on the other hand live in shorts a t shirt most of the year round except when riding or protecting myself from weld burns or the sun (Dutch skin burns easily) ocassionly when it is collet I might slip on some tracky daks and a hoody but it not all that often

I love my girlie screen would not leave home naked without it ,just haven't toughened up yet, although I did wear the blue singlet, thongs and stubbies uniform when driving :)

My life is full of regrets still doesnt stop me living it how i want , i dont ***** if sheeit gets pearshaped......
I did it once when 18 thought I would just run down the shops, was riding a Yammy 360 chook chaser with a Bassani Expansion Chamber exhaust, turned into the shop and front wheel caught a bit of loose crap and went from under me the the gravel rash was nothing compared to the burn I coped from the Exhaust..... Swore I would never ride in short's again and haven't since.
