Seat question...

I only recently purchased the factory gel seat and have yet to ride using it. However, I have read that the gel seats tend to retain heat when parked in direct sunlight. With this in mind, it would not be too difficult to put a towel over it when in that situation.

I have just purchased the roadster gel seat from an eBay seller because I like the appearance of it better than the gel touring, but have yet to receive it.

Be glad to. But please understand that I don't do long trips on my R3, so what I have to contribute probably won't help the long distance rider much.
