Thanks for the info Hanso. I haven't done anything yet. My mechanic installed the PC5 w A/T and couldn't duplicate the problem because it is intermittent. He currently has the bike so I'll pass that along.

I will very surprised if it is not that little lead. It is relatively easy to pull apart if the female terminal is bent like mine was you Cain straighten it with some mini needle nose pliers and a micro flat blade screw driver I Di another 500 mile like that till my replacement arived
