Na I just pay attention when people like Nev post. I bet bones put a walbro gss342 pump in her. Let me know what you find in her.

Found bugger all Warp.... After swapping 1 thing at a time I initally saw no change and the fault was still present. Measured absolutely everything with a multimeter etc to no avail.....

In the end the fault misterously disappeared after I swapped all the coil packs and injectors to different locations, tidied up the wiring (nothing too flash just routed it all neatly and cable tied), and screwed it back together.

Unsure as to what as changed.... Still guessing a poor termination or noise in the signal circuit must be to blame.... I'm quite frustrated as I have no idea what has changed, but at the same time relieved it now pulls cleanly right the way through to it's near 9k rpm limit.

Cheers for all your assistance and guidance throughout this project @warp9.9. I could not have come this far with out you and other members on here including @Neville Lush, and anybody else I have missed!

Now for a 10 day road trial up north to iron out any bugs (hopefully cover 6-8 thou k's) and by then I will be confident that the thing is reliable enough to attempt the salt (as long as I don't blow it to bits again between now and then). That's the whole point of this for me really, a road rego'd cruiser with a world landspeed record over 175mph. What a dream

WE just dynoed a 550 HP turbo Rocket and made a total of 130 some Dyno pulls with a stock drive train with just stronger clutch springs and even the stock METZ rear tire and the tire looks new all a testament to the rugged construction of the Rocket and we are very impressed with this big cruiser

So if I call Bob think he'd turbo my Touring? I've been very, very patient, I've been calling him twice a year for 3 years, LOL.

You'd be better off with one of Bob's NA engine packages, IMO, Tripps. About the same cost and much more kindly toward the motor's internals.

Oops, sorry, my bad. You are a very sick man. We must get together and ride one of these days!

YES you should come and meet up we can have a SILVERBACK party

Art, you missed my question, think Bob is ready to turbo a Touring yet, even if it's only a one;off?
