Since the bike has a Motec ECU and has been tuned to what is on the bike now I think I would get her running first then if you decide you want more you can add a pipe and find the tune that did the beast. Of course if you have the cash you will get more with a better pipe.

No Warp said he would get the bike running first with the header, since the ECU is already programmed for the set up. and well if you have 3000 or so to piss away on a pipe and tuning time that is great.
@IMFASTTOO, the Rocket III King aka Bob Carpenter is in agreeance with warp on this one bro, lots of increadible gains to be had, providing the fueling and timing are adjusted to allow for the extra flow. The dude found 3HP once sub throttle shaft removed from bodies and 25 - 35 on top once his venturi inspired headers and exhaust are installed. Dyno sheets shall tell the tale CANNOT WAIT! 3 days and the re-build begins.
Sooooo, got all he parts, took some measurements, and found dogs to be undercut on new gears already??? have they revised the gears since 2007? Answer is most probably yes... I am interested to know how much taper I should measure on the dogs over there total thickness?
