I am scheduled to be on the dyno @ 1030 9/12. That would be a good time, plus they may even be cooking dogs for lunch.
As far as opening up the breathing, the main culprit is the tiny pipe coming out of the header pipe to the plumbing to the mufflers. You can get some improvement with K&Ns but to get real improvement you need a decent header set up. It will be interesting to see the numbers my touring makes between last time and this time with just replacing the stock intake stuff with a RamAir.

Nice ride today-with 4 Rockets and a T-Bird Storm. We met at Cruisers, headed down the east side of Lake CDA, lunch at Harrison, up Hwy 3 to 90 and back. Not a real long ride, but nice.

Any detailed trip plans for next week?

I would really like to join up for a couple days. Kind of jammed up between my wife wanting me to look at sheep equipment next weekend, doctor visit and a meeting. Still, it would be nice to escape.

I kind of hate cruising the Rocket on local roads now. I would like to get a good stretch of road in front of me. Just need a set of bags.
