Rocket not starting -Roadster

So the rocket isn’t starting. 2014 model. Turns over approx 450 rpm. Plugs changed about a month ago and was working fine after the change. Previous to this it wasn’t running. When my son borrowed it said felt like was running out of petrol but plenty in the tank when brought it back from a short journey.Fuel pump primes, ran all tests through tune ECU. Followed Turbos video and set up TPS, jumped off a good car battery with car running. No fault codes on tune ECU. Fuel changed for e5 but old fuel runs the car ok. Spark plugs all taken out, linked to earth and giving a good spark. Intake duct taken off and can see injectors working. Even have tried spraying fuel into the intake as it turns over. Gut feeling is a spark issue when all together either timing or not firing under pressure or similar issue. I have cleaned off the crankshaft position sensor, would this show as a fault if not working correctly as it would influence timing.Is there something that may affect timing of the spark or interrupt it that may not show a fault?Have tried starting in 1st gear and 2nd gear with stand up and clutch in as well as in neutral. Thanks for any assistance.

No, the plugs were changed, it wasn’t running at the time . But did after changing the plugs.
