WOW you guys get bad customer service and fourm member notices and make a comment and we become the bad guys, well I say up yours.. Somethings wrong with this picture my comments were both factual and professional. I have said all along I would purchase a ring if it was the quality and design that was presented and I still stand by that. I have yet to see a picture of the final product and one of the 2 that has been delivered turnned the guys finger black. So I am still waiting and wondering if I should invest. I am foturantaly only about a hour from Claudias shop and when thing are all sorted with the first orders I plan to pay a vist and purchase one based on the feedback of those that have received one.

Last I heard this is the land of the free and home of the brave and if I have a comment I will make it ....... I only said what other were thinking and will continue to do so until I breath my last breath.
 

Was never a problem with me. Jim had me going by tricking me into thinking he didn't have an order in when he did. Bloody hilarious if you ask me. As I've said before, my view is that if you post something on a public forum it's fair game. Bring on whatever floats your boat; ALL comments welcome - well, mostly.........

yes the ring turned my finger black after 12 hours
however I have had a lot of silver do that to me its me silver brass nickel we don't get along at least i know its silver

claudia says turn around would be a couple weeks
seems bugs are worked out so she says
however the detail on my ring is fantastic
remember mine was plain
it is beautiful

I know I was getting frustrated near the end (personally i had had it ) but seeing the final results it was worth it

why she waited till the end to send them all out I don't know

All I can say is its a beautiful ring and I should be able to have it coated in white gold and still keep the detail according to my jeweler

If you can wear silver you should love the ring
Like Ive said my is gorgeous it was worth the wait and holding mine in my hand, like claudia says it is a piece of art
 

Thanks for the information it is good to know the ring quality is acceptable.
 
Hanso, four months to the day since the first post in this thread, with discussion going back to April. I realize this ring must be like a child for you, who was so instrumental in it's birth, and so may not be ready for any sense of humor about the process. Understandable, but if you cannot laugh at what life sometimes throws...

I considered a ring early on, kind of thought the detail of the final design was a bit fussy and might be difficult... so decided to adopt a wait and see position. Good for you to throw in from the start. I'm not the only one who waited. As scowherd remarked, there has yet to be a good set of photos posted of a finished ring. Maybe someone will remedy that at some point.

I do hope your down under rings arrive soon, and that you are all exceedingly pleased with the final result.
