Rocket Jewelery by Claudia

the rings!

Just for the record I did rhodium plat all of the ring!even the plain ones. as I said I would and rhodium plating usually cost 50 to 100 $ to have done. I am in no way trying to cheat anyone of you at all. Things have happen in my life as of late that I could not control. It never takes us this long to finish anything.we are great jewelers. And you can't just pull someone of the street to help with this kind of work and you can't even hire a temp through temp services. It is an art form with lots of time to master and we have done so. the biggest problem was the amount of layer the top of the ring had.But that is what you all wanted and we made it happen, so with that being said I understand all of your frustrations! and you all have a right to your opinions.but i also know that we busted our humps and delivered a good product as promised. And i know that all the kinks are out of the mtg.s.I have truly learned a lot of lessons with this order,It was a large one for us yes, bigger than we have ever had at one time. and the biggest mess with caster that we have used for 30 yrs. there was a lot of clean up that was so time consuming and It should have never taking that long to finish out. I you look at the fine details in the mtg.s you will see just how hard it may have been. I'm not asking for your forgiveness in this matter. How ever I would like for the bashing to stop.

Once the dust settles and (if) the rings turn out to be wonderful you can always go back and order another one. Would almost certainly be a better experience.
if you where to order another! it would be a two week turn over thats what we usually do a job in. but what im seeing here that probably wont be happening. That's all good though if anyone would be interested you can contact me on my gmail or contact ken/The Kid on here.

I thought so but plain is plain it will make a purdy key chain fob I guess
you might still be able to get it cadium coated or is that Nickle I'm not sure but they use it under Chrome to give a tougher finnish and has a Goldish look to it, yeah I think it is Nickle

I have to agree. Our frustration has been vented, now let's wait to see if the product is what we were expecting. I think Claudia makes an excellent point about wanting to maintain high quality and certainly that is what we wanted - only quicker. Getting some numpty in to help when things started to go wrong might have been a big mistake.

Regardless of what we might think about her business structure, she chose what will probably prove to be the right path. We could have got a ring from a gum ball machine in seconds; but art takes time. In this case it's taken more time than we expected or wanted but surely better to have a great piece in the end.

It is just a ring after all; not some vital piece that's kept the bike off the road. Now THAT would really piss me off.

Claudia I have said It privately And Now I'm going to say it publicly Please Ignore some of the remarks have been completely uncalled for.

I Apologize for the some of the Hurtful and Brainless Remarks made on these Pages by some of our members, I really feel Ashamed of Some of my Fellow Forum Members

I am sure a lot of the guys will eat their words and if they are man enough Apologize to you. Thank you for taking on this Nightmare of a project.

Again I Thank You

For the record
My problem with Claudia this whole time has been with her communication or lack thereof.
She made promises and then did not deliver, I understand sometimes life gets in the way of our plans, but in my experience when someone has your money and then stops communicating with you, it normally ends badly.

At any time she could have had her husband or son post something and let us know what was going on, I believe that had she done that, most of this could have been avoided.

Quite frankly I reckon all the comments made were justified. Some perhaps unnecessary, but nevertheless justified. Things went wrong and could have and should have been handled better. Communication being the most obvious one and Claudia I'm sure would acknowledge that herself. I don't begrudge anyone the right to speak their mind and have enormous respect for those who speak up and say the things that many others are thinking.

And it was entertaining (up to a point). If we go back over the thread it will have a high cringe factor for some and provide a good chuckle for others. Long term we'll probably wonder what all the fuss was about.
