rings!

Ok guys I finished one yesterday for the kid and I left to run errands and he came and picked it up before i could post a pic. I am working on one now and will post a pic. today! they take awhile to finish out because there's a lot of fine detail in them! And by the way it's my Birthday today!! Sorry for all the time it has taken and I understand what all of you are saying! most of the time when we do deep relief mtg.s there's only one level to them on these ring there's two and very small at that. believe me I want to finish them out and ship them as much as you want me too.I have learned a lot with this job. again so sorry for the amount of time that it has taking me to finish this order! the other stuff that i am making will never take this long I know this for sure!But of course It is up to the individual whether or not they purchase anything else from us.I know that i stand behind my products. I also have been a sling for a week and a half and my husband is having to help me out and do his work too. not asking for a pitty party but i am working with a sore shoulder as well. and a lot of pain meds. but i assure all fo you I will post a pic. today!! everyone have a great day!

How many rings do you have to do claudia if it took 4 days to clean up 1 im thinking this could take a few more months?
From what im hearing from you is it just you and your husband employed at your shop?
perhaps this job was a little more than you can handle.

Just so u know i sent money to you 3 months ago for this ring
The other guys might think im being rude or impatient i dont know but i think its getting beyond rediculous now .
you must understand that i dont know u so i really dont trust you i dont trust people unless its earned.
no disrespect intended but for me this is no different to going into any retail establishment upon paying for an item it should be delivered in a reasonable amount of time . Im sorry but i dont think you have done that.

It will not take months to finish we are working on them everyday. As I said I was in a sling for a week and a half and i took it of today so I can work on your rings. against dr. order so I am finishing one today and I will be able to start sending them out as i get them done! and yes you have a right to your opinion! not offended!! And under normal condition I can put a lot of work out in a days time!however with my shoulder hurt I am moving a little slower than normal. and my father in-law has to have 24/7 care and we have to do our part as a family.and there are 14 ring to finish as well as our customers work and our acct. work and my husband has been doing it all! for the last week or so and his father was in the hospital with a life threatening problem ! Sorry for all the delays but know this it will not take months to complete them.

Are we going to be able to see them before you start sending them out?

Easy Brothers and Sisters. I just spoke to Claudia and she is very worried about
you guys. I have my ring and it looks very nice. A lot of work and detail. I am at the hospital with my father who is about to be discharged, only to come back for
more angiaplasty. My time is limited with him. He will be 80 in March. Just a bad time for all. I told Mike I might be able to post a pic last night, and I didn't. Sorry. I assure
you that you will all be happy. If not for Claudia, this might not have turned out so good.
I know it took awhile, but worth it. I put 10k miles on my bike in the wait.(not really)
So once again, they are coming.
