One more question after looking at the pictures that are posted on this thread, is the top plain or painted in, like in the pictures on the other thread, or do we have a choice ?

It was an FOC choice I recall. Raises the question of how best to let Claudia know what the colour is - if you're not going for black. "Red" can mean lots of things. Pretty sure Hanso's bike and my bike are the same colour but you wouldn't pick that from the pics on this page.
 
Claudia, That rhodium plating you were talking about do you know how dureable its and could you then still have the colour back fill, just asking as I just had a thought if I was to have mine done with a dark red ( like a burgandy red or claret ) backfill would the plating be done before the engraving and would this add to the cost.

Just question I felt that need to be asked

To answer the question!
to pick a color u need to go to the auto parts store like advanced auto and get the # and name of the color and put it up here with your name.
if u oxidize the ring it eats at the metal so I can put flat black on and it will look the same.
as for the rhodium it is included in the price and it help to protect the ring more and it will not tarnish as easy.And is done after the engraving.
The cost of the engraving is 30 cent a letter with a $5.00 min. for the inside of ring
We can do the # ,name,date whatever u want
Top of ring with name and bike name hand engraved will be $20.00
Cost of ring is $200.00 Paypal fee is $3.00
ladies ring will be around $125.00 to $150.00 not for sure yet will know later today
The other jewelery prices will take a couple of days.

Tried to re post the pic with this post but my computer said that i already did! still having a war with this thing will try again. if theres someone that know how to pull them from the other post that would be great!

I have downloaded all the pic.s to members galleries in the photo album not sure how to put them on this thread.
I also have sketches of all the jewelery that was ask for. They are rough. when i get feedback on what u would want i will start the cad cam guy on pic.s just like i did the ring!

ALSO I would like to ask about who is allowed to order these rings? Because back when i first started looking at this site I read somewhere that it was exclusive to the ones that put the time into this. And so i was just wanting to be clear about this. Or can any of the members order the mans ring? and what about the other jewelery?

CanberraR3 and hanso, I can go to the auto parts store and pick the two colors you (hanso) talked about or if you have a auto parts store like we do eg: Advance, O'Reily, Auto Zone, WalMart, any of these will work.
And that goes for anybody on the site. I think they are only a couple bucks and can be reused for any ring.
I want to post the picture of your (hanso) "engraving" of your name and bikes name so all can see. Anybody wanting to do theirs the same way, you can leave a note saying so. You can also email Claudia with a rough sketch of what you would like.

She would like 15 orders to begin the ring making. I started yesterday and that makes two, including hanso's. And hanso, I read where your pencil was running for cover!!! Could it be you just need more lead in your pencil?
