Someone mentioned that perhaps they won't sell them in the UK anymore, which would explain why the UK dealers think they're entirely discontinued.
Frankly, I wouldn't mind seeing them shaking things up and making another variant on the Rocket theme, though. Just not discontinuing the entire lineup entirely, but a new Rocket variant might be fun.
I can see them dropping one or two countries because of sales, or a regulatory need such as onerous emissions rules, but if it sells otherwise keep it going in the places where it can sell. Japanese motorcycle makers are famous for withholding models from certain markets. Skipping years in one market and selling elsewhere and so on.
I didn't think Rockets were made in Thailand yet, still UK only, unlike the Bonneville etc ranges which no doubt adds to cost of Rocket units and less profit per unit. Probably too small a production run of Rocket's to benefit from offshore manufacture/assembly but offset by bragging rights to largest engine of a production model m/cycle and company image of being a major producer covering various sports, retro, cruiser and adventure markets etc.

Much of the mfg is Thailand - So would be just as easy to start assembly there - esp if they wont be sold in teh EU - think about it from Mr Bloors perspective.
Or a Klingon war ship with cloaking capability I just need to locate the cloaking on/off switch as apparently it's in the On position due to the near misses on the highway and the postal truck that actually did hit me. The other two war ships are of Romulen origin I believe.
