Rocket 3 tee's anyone ? (revisited)

Hi all, some of the fella's would like me to put the Hinkley logo on the shirts. I guess I currently have the Meridan logo. It will cost $50.00 to re-shoot the screens. I already have quite a few checks. I'd like to do it, I just don't have much wiggle room (my plan has never been to make money off these shirts). Any idea's ? Fred
Can you get a volume discount for an increased shirt count? If more of the hinkley logos would sell than that would make sense to keep the shirt price static and absorb the cost through volume discounting. The local t-shirt shop I have used for sports teams etc... tends to drop significantly when moving up in volume to a point. That is sure to vary widely across shops.

This fellow discounts as well. The first break is at 25. The next break is at 50. I only have commitments for 25 at the moment. If I could sell 50 it probably would (or come close) to covering the $50.00 difference. I'm going to wait a bit before placing the actual order so I get all the stragglers. Maybe I'll get 50 who knows ?

What if you were to let it go for a bit and say at whatever time you feel it has been sufficient then order the larger amount to get the discount and then cut off the pricing. If you reassess funds at that point you could add whatever amount needed to mitigate the price for all shirts that were not "prepaid". It seems there are always those lost in the wind that come after and frantically inquire - Any left?? so then a dollar or two is not consequential to them. just a thought. Bottom line is if you were to be short on total orders I would personally take 4-5 more just to hand out to some of my non-triumph riding mates and surely a couple others would do the same.

I ended up with 54 "extra's" last time due to the wrong color ink being used. I would rather not deal with that again. Like I have said before, I am a maintenance man not a shirt salesman. If I can get money (not just a "ya I'm in") for 50 shirts, I'm pretty sure that will cover it. Fred

ouch !! 54 shirts OUCH! I was not here to experience that episode. It is very easy to just send cash and wait for a shirt to arrive, so many thanks for all of your efforts. If you would be a few short of 50, I would be glad to get a few more. thanks again.

I sent an email to the printer to see if the price break on 50 will cover changing the logo. I let you's know what I find out.

P.S. Thanks for the Thanks !
