Rocket 3 Belt Buckles

Looks good. If both can be done I will have one of each. Like some others I like rings, but can't wear them, but do need to hold up my breeches.

Don't know about the others Skip Nolton Canberra3 and several others but every time I see that picture of the buckle design it makes my heart swell with pride. The fact that most of us have never met in person yet through this little adventure with "The Pencil" I have bonded with brothers who it appears come from totally different backgrounds and feel like I have known these guys all my life. It brings a glow when I think that Skip didn't hesitate to help me get something which the makers wouldn't ship overseas then theres is Nolton who has made an offer of a life time of course I better not forget Richard (Canberra3) who the first time we met just gelled and hope to cover a lot of miles / Kilometres with in time to come, then there are so many others that have contributed even in what may seem a little way but al those that have particpated I thank you for the imput
Sorry I was just haveing soft moment but I thought this was the best way I could say a Big Thank you to people that make this buckle and the ring come to life.
Isn't a shame there couldn't be more people in world like us just think if everbody work as well as we have we could have World Peace.
I'll get of my soap box now. once again a Big ThankYou to ALL that have made a coment or a contribution with out the input we could not have been inspired to get this end result.:)

Well put Hanso. As I've said before, this site rocks. The (few) guys I've met on here and then in person are all very different yet we share an incredible bond. Really looking forward to our Rockets Dow3nunder or ROOS or whatever we call it. Gotta find a way of getting someone or a few of you yanks out here for a ride. Have been toying with the idea of putting together a project bike - maybe with the assistance of Triumph or a mag or sponsor - and making it available to visitors. Anyway, that's something for a seperate discussion.

This buckle design is perfect; wouldn't change a thing. Was showing it to a work mate yesterday who firstly loved it (and he rides a Jap ****** rocket) but also made the comment that the top left pic also looked great - could be done in silver metal with black raised bits. Have to agree. Not wanting to ask the impossible, but is that a possible third option???

I don't know, but I'll sure ask in an e-mail, should be possible.
Maybe we end up getting 150 instead of 100.
50 of each kind.
Silver
Brass or Bronze whatever it is
Enamel flag.
Guess I need to count up the number of what everybody has said they'd like to have,
sort it into say 3 categories and go from there....
i gotta go to bed guys,
Whatever ya'll decide, you know I'm with you.
later.
ya'll ride safe,
skip

Boys,
this here is just gonna be a place holder for names
just in case anybody wants to order a custom R3 belt buckle.
We kinda got off topic in the other thread, well, ok, I did.
Anyway I've been working with a buckle manufacturer
and here's the latest designs they came up with.
Now I've already called and talked to them about the v-twin in the upper right
and said that won't work, so they're making revisions by putting the "est. 1902"
in place of the v-twin, and the triple pistons from freds shirts at the bottom.
Should have a new picture tomorrow...But for now,
this is "close" to what we've come up with.

What does ever body think?
I think the Union Jack really makes the Triumph triangle stand out.
But both look pretty good to me..

Now you have me all misty eyed. Let me collect myself.
Ok................. Think it would be incredible if we could come together and start our own company. We collectively have the experience and talent to do some amazing things. Thats just my fantasy.
