Hi All - I am a new proud owner of a 2014 Roadster, recently traded in the 2012 Tbird Storm and a week ago picked up this beauty. Since I am new to the Rocket Roadster I thought I would reach out here for some advice.

I'm not sure if the newer bikes have had changes to the positioning of the pegs and the brake mechanism.

I would like to add floorboards/footboards on the front, for the rider. I have recently added them for the passenger based on some great information I got here. I have found adapters that will work but cannot figure out what to do about the brake pedal. The pedal is too short and low and any floorboard would interfere, the shifter side should work as I have room to raise the shifter enough.

There does not appear to be any kind of a kit available, have spoken to my dealer and they do not have a solution. I looked at potentially using the lever from the touring kit but do not believe it will fit.

I am guessing someone here has done this and it may very well be a simple solution that I just can’t see. I have included a couple of pictures, one of the bike and two of the brake set up.
