Recall for 2020 Rocket 3 Rear Brake

Didn't get a recall letter ? Although it was easy to find on google once my brakes stopped working.
The Triumph dealership has sudgested I may need to take the Triumph back up to 3 times to get this issue sorted? Anyone with any input on this, could there be a more thorough fix that only involves one trip? I have a 6 hour return ride for every trip and not keen for too many with no rear brake.

I literally just dropped mine off on Thursday for the 3rd time for this issue. I don't think just bleeding the brakes solves it. Now they are talking about replacing the ABS system. It seems to me Triumph is trying to do as little as possible to fix this issue.

Mine went in once for brake recall. Works fine. Told service manager of many on the forum not getting resolved at dealer. He said that's because they don't know what they are doing. There is a procedure from Triumph that must be followed, with computer software". So apparently not just bleeding the brakes.

Yes, and I confirmed with my dealer they are following the most recent bulletin and using the dealer tool and software, so who knows.

Wanting it resolved first time appears to be asking too much. Shameful.

Mine has been in 3 times, my rear brake is rubbish again so its booked in again in or 2 weeks time for fourth time to get this resolved, i told them i want it fixed for good this time and to keep it there until its sorted.

Can I ask where you take yours Mike? I’ll be taking mine to Adelaide PeterStevens, although I’m writing an email to Triumph and PeterStevens before my Rocket 3 goes in, to hopefully push them for a more permanent fix?
