Front Compression
Screw clockwise all way in , then turn out 2 full turns
Front Rebound
Screw clockwise all way in then turn 2.75 turns out
Rear Compression
Screw clockwise all way in then turnout 3 full turns
Rear Rebound
Screw clockwise all way in then turn 3.5 turns out
Rebound 10 clicks out from compressed spring
Removing the back guard and remount number plate behind seat will help.
If still have problems with those aussie roads may have to wait for aftermarket rear shocks or carbon fibre wheels
should be broken in by now
when you make your adjustments remember the front is just as important as the back . should be able to get them firm but without the jarring over bumps

I tried messing with it a while back, suggestions taken from here. All were worse, so went back to factory setup. But it does like to bounce me off the seat occasionally.

@75kg load, the preload will need to be lower (softer) for sure to get the right ride height with you sat on it (compared to the setting for a 100kg load) and the full range of upy-downy when going over bumps. If you are bottoming or topping out on the suspension it really won't matter what the compression and rebound are set to.
There a load of really good youtubes on how to adjust preload as the very first step and making sure that your rider sag is correct to allow the full range of movement
I found this useful as start to my understanding:
There are a tonne more though that are more about sports bikes or tourers, but the one above had loads of examples I related to.
I suffer a lot with BOUNCING around and hurting lower back and stomach in NYC roads...
I really appreciate if you explained how to preload, compress and rebound my 2020 R3 GT.
I am 192LBS and I am planning a long trip (3k miles) in April and will need to re-tune the rear suspension...a must.
Went on a ride last week, with a few harsh bumps that fully bottomed out front forks with a loud bang, twice... factory settings and was not going fast
