A properly designed collector (3 into 1) will give a much wider powerband than any 3 straight pipes. Don't believe me? Give your engine specs to racing exhaust experts like Burns Stainless, and they will crunch the numbers for you at no charge.

Oh, this I know. To my credit, I've built some forty-odd engines for cars and light trucks, and I do know the importance of good exhaust design. But this would be more for presence and attitude... and the challenge, honestly... than performance gain. Seriously, there's bound to be a better way than Triumph's oddly-designed cat delete.
