Marty and myself went for a short ride (about 20Km's) around Hervey Bay to test out my knee this arvo and All went well, we will be going up to Bundy tomorrow to visit Ann's step mum so that will be the real test but I am confident it will be good, It is still a bit sore but the swelling is almost all gone

Good to hear Hanso .. if it starts to swell up again once you start bouncing around maybe go see a GP and get hold of some Mobic anti-inflamitories.
